Doug McChesney
Fearless leader
Doug has been entwined in the world of education his entire life. His father began in the mailroom at Binney & Smith (Crayola) and worked his way up to President. Following in his father’s footsteps, he joined Binney & Smith in 1972 and has been in the industry ever since. He’s worked with Trend Enterprises, Evan Moore and Eureka/Paper Magic, until 2001, when he started McChesney Group. From New Jersey then Ohio, you can now find Doug in sunny Bonita Springs, FL.

Chris Lange
liaison/East
Chris began working with Doug at Eureka/PaperMagic 24 years ago and has been his partner in crime ever since. To quote Doug, “she is the brains behind the day to day operations” and acts as the liaison between the manufacturers and the team. Chris also works directly with key accounts and the eastern territory. From Scranton, PA, Chris and enjoys spending time with her daughters and her golden retriever, Rosie.

Joe Hildenbrand
east
Our Bro, Joe, has been in the education industry for 27 years. Starting with Scholastic and then Carson Dellosa, he joined McChesney Group in 2008 handling the East Coast. Originally from PA, he now resides in the Villages, FL and is an all-star at softball, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, and recent golf enthusiast. He loves the outdoors and chasing his grandchildren around.

Sarah Mitscha
west
Sarah has spent her entire career in the educational industry starting on the retail side then joining McChesney Group 16 years ago. She manages the West Coast along with the marketing campaigns for the Group and has been an active member of the Ed Market Association. She loves the ocean, outdoors and the Oakland A’s! From the Bay Area, she and her dachshund now live in Santa Barbara, CA.

Cindy Rose
South/central
Cindy covers the Southwest and hails from Ft. Worth, Texas. She moved into the educational market from the office supply industry 17 years ago and has been with McChesney Group for 12 of them, previously working for Creative Teaching Press. She is the craftiest one of the bunch and quite the cookie decorator. In her free time, she loves to watch her husband’s country music band and spoil her grandbabies
